    not the website, the events. just saying there's a lot of weird **** going on. likely incidental, but who knows. there may be a previously unknown group of al-queda affiliated Elvis impersonators out there.

    No links it was on TV. The guy who broke the news was Steve Emerson. Never heard of him personally, but he said it came from the State department.

    Nothing to see here. Couple kids at my gym live in the area where this happened (Morgan Hill/Gilroy), and they told me last night it was just internet outage (granted, they said the internet was out for over a day, which is pretty long)... they thought it was due to an AT&T outage, didn't mention anything about their power other than internet.

    This is weird and makes no sense. Either we think he was involved or not. If he was, there's no way we should deport him. If he wasn't, there's no reason to deport him.

    It's not so weird really. The process of getting his visa might not have revealed some unsavory connections he may have or he may well have said things while being interviewed that warrant him being deported.

    "National security reasons" is really vague. Could be for his own protection. Last thing we need is for a Saudi national to get harmed or killed in retribution to kick off some kind of international incident.
