um....last i checked the rockets were not any sort of dynasty..consistently winning championships and finishing in the top 3 seeds every season.

tmac has never been on a team of that sort....

that hasn't stop the delusional fantasy of Tmac returning to the Rockets

that was because he was never a great enough leader that made others better like LeBron James or anybody in the last 20 years that was successful and talented

Hell he's no Tim Duncan that's for sure.

you mean in 2009 when he was with the Rockets and told SI he wished he was playing with Duncan etc?

You never hear Tim Duncan say I wish I played with a McGrady.

    see the difference?

well..he did make his teammates better in houston..that is for sure.

but yes, tmac is not as great as duncan or lebron...but he's still pretty damn good..and if you gave tmac in his healthy prime some of the players duncan or lebron had in their prime...then damn he'd be looked at differently

Yeah Tmac was a great player who could've been in the same league as Kobe if he had the desire and passion to. He was just never in the right place at the right time. When we were in our play off runs against the Jazz, it was just a terrible match up for us. Okur was more of a stretch 4/5 so he made Yao irrelevant by keeping him out of the paint. Then you had Boozer, AK and Deron abusing us inside. Outside of Tmach and Yao we didn't have any reliable means of offensive production. Hope he plays some minutes against us if we secure the 7th seed. It'll just make beating them that much better.

You must of seen the same games I saw!!

With players like Luther Head, Chuck Hayes, and Ryan Bowen playing prominent roles, something tells me T-Mac just may be right.

But when he played in Orlando, well he had Grant Hill....oh I forgot he was hurt the whole while...well he had, he had, uh NOBODY

Can't argue with that. But like I said, wishing failure on anybody is petty unless they are playing the rockets.

I'm not wishing failure, i'm just stating previous history with other teams.

the only thing I was wishing is that Jeremy Lin dunks on him and yells "Go Back to China Bee-atch!"
    if we play them.

Lebron would take a team of said players to the finals.
