    It matters to people in Boston, especially those from Arabic countries. Cause if the perpetrator(s) is brown-skinned, they would have to endure even more public and police scrutiny than now.

    Must suck to be a brown man in Boston.

    Sure it does matter. It matter much more than you think. I'm pretty sure all the minorities are hoping that it's isn't one of their nationality because people can be very stereotypical.

    I've got CNN going here in my office (and have since this happened) and any report I've posted here was exactly what they said... in most cases, I rewound a few times to get the exact quote. I don't care about skin color other than the obvious -- it's a description and characteristic in identifying the suspect.

    Does anyone have the picture of the guy? I was on the phone earlier for work and I "thought" I saw CNN show a picture of a guy running with smoke around him (and the guy was highlighted). I haven't seen it since so I assume it's not it?

    Boston Federal Courthouse Being Evacuated

    BOSTON -- The federal courthouse in Boston was being evacuated Wednesday afternoon following conflicting reports that a possible suspect in this week's bombings was being taken there.

    Around 3 p.m., a TPM reporter inside the courthouse heard loudspeakers announce, "Code red, code red. Building evacuation immediately." Court staff and others inside then began quickly filing out of the building.

    Live video outside the courthouse showed police yelling at a crowd things like, "Get out of the way!" and "You have to leave the area!"

    TPM's Eric Lach contributed reporting from the Boston.

    LOL enough with this crap. Just another daily stuff going down and media are weaving it into this incident which probably got nothing to do with it. I don't think the courthouse would be the first place they would take these individual in.

    The way it is written - no, it doesn't make sense. I interpret it as though a suspect is being taken there so everybody has to leave, as if the suspect is infected with some kind of contagious virus...
