Terrence Jones just needs to dunk on Jodi Meeks again.

I've been very bearish on the Rockets chances tonight, but mostly because they looked so bad against Phoenix. If the boys come out looking fresh instead of that second night of a back-to-back look I actually do think we'll win.

    - rockets big men need to show up if we r going to have any chance
    - i don't think small ball gets it done
    - jlin/harden/parsons need to attack and play up temp with a ton of pick n rolls with asik and smith
    - but we need our big men to rebound, play def, and pick n roll strong to keep Dwight and Pau honest

I'm not optimistic. If it's not a blowout win for the Rockets, it's a loss.

The key will be Asik/Smith/Jones taking care of Howard/Gasol. So I don't expect to see DMo on the floor much.

Get ready and get it done, Rockets!!

In theory we should be able to get the Laker bigs in foul trouble because their perimeter defenders are below average. MWP and Steve Blake can't stay in front of Harden/Lin.

But refs will play a factor.

    James Harden v Jodie Meeks

Chandler Parsons v Metta World Peace

    Greg Smith v Pau Gasol

    Omer Asik v Dwight Howard

Just stick on Blake/Meeks and make sure they don't start hitting those 3's. If none of their wings show up, we should be able to take this game regardless of LA's front court.

So you're saying you knew this team would be an above .500 team and would lock a playoff seed at the beginning of the season? Hell, I sure didn't. We should be happy that we made it to the playoffs. That was the #1 goal for this season and we reached it.

I actually like most of those match-ups. I feel like we have the advantage.
