    Personally, I'd rather go to UT over Rice if I had a scholarship offer from both. At the end of the day Rice is a small school that lacks the resources UT has.

    Depends on what you're ranking criteria are. Certain universities are more successful at pipe-lining students into good careers.

    Why in hell is UCSB so high? Thats a party school if there ever was one. The college is right on the beach.
