How did you determine this?

What about all the brown people that weren't chased? How do you expain that? I'm pretty sure there were a ton of them in the area.

How do you investigate if you don't follow leads if someone is brown?

 

How is questioning the first dark-skinned guy they find in the area investigating? There should be probable cause.

We should know the reason they're searching him and there wasn't any. The media is willing to give personal information about him including his name and his race, but no reason why they are searching this man's house for us to determine why he is being searched and whether the grounds are justifiable. He will forever be linked to this for the rest of his life.

 

Do you have any evidence that this was the first dark-skinned guy they found? Do you have any evidence that there's no probably cause?

 

Really, we don't know what prompted the investigation. For all we know there was probable cause. These judgements should be on hold until we get more information.

 

I get to know he is Saudi, and I get to know his name. All of his personal information is put out there for the public to say he fits the description of a terrorist, but I don't see any reason why they're searching and questioning him.

If they're willing to give out all of his info, then we deserve to know why they are tieing his name to such horrendous acts. There is no reason an innocent man has to clear his name.

 

That is purely your opinion of what happened. Outside of the guys leaking the information and the media's need for the information, I think they made the right decision.

 

It was reported that he was had burns on his hands. Most of the victims injuries were to their lower bodies.

 

He's wearing a jacket. You would have to look really close to see any burns on his hands. I don't see any from these pictures:

 

So before he is done being questioned, arrested or even tried, you think they need to make their case to the public? Reveal every detail about why they are questioning him?

That's actually not always true.

 

That is his roommate, not him. He is in the hospital.

The damage is already done.

 

There is no requirement that the public be informed as to why they searched. Usually if the FBI searches someone's house you get the "just following information" and you don't get anything specific until they make a case.

 

There were no reports about how bad the burns were and since then he has likely been treated or cleaned up. 1st degree burns are easily treated. It is just speculation that he was targeted just because he was the first brown guy the police saw. That said I agree with you it was irresponsible of the media to release his name and nationality.

Anyway you complain about how this guy's name is being plastered all over the media and you add to that by posting several pics of him here.

 

Okay, so they picked out the first brown guy with burn marks on his hands. The guy who made, planted, and set these bombs to go off is dumb enough to stick around for them to go off.

 

You are jumping to BIG conclusions that they "picked out the first brown guy." You have no idea what information they have, because, as with most crimes, they don't release that information to the public when they haven't even made the arrest.

 

He was never a suspect. He was brown and he had burn marks on his hands from one of the explosions.

Let me just set this bomb to go off tomorrow and I will be here when it happens just to be sure, and why not be close enough to get injured?

 

So in other words, you're entirely speculating and have no basis for any of your claims. You're making completely unsubstantiated accusations against law enforcement because of your own biases. Sound familiar?

I'm mad this guy is still out there. They made me think this insane man was going to be put behind bars and fact is he is still out there because they were to busy looking for brown guys.
