The defensive lapses was exposed badly tonight. Also throwing dumb passes and poor rebounding was another killer.

You realize that the Spurs don't take the regular season that seriously, right?

    OMG! OMG! OMG!

Harden single handily caused my wife to spontaneously abort our baby!

    OMG! OMG!

McHale is worse than a YWCA coach!!!

    OMG! OMG!

Jesus... Seriously, a week ago all I read was how no one wanted Denver..

We have the Lakers without Kobe Bryant...

We were not winning a series anyway.

This was a terrible game... Morris, Tucker, Dragic and Scola looked like the Dream Team... Harden had his worst game as a professional, and frankly shouldn't have been out there in the second half after hurting his knee. He clearly couldn't shoot, jump, defend or even make his freebies like usual.

Asik was garbage... Lin had 20 pts on 19 shots but overall was fine. Smith did his usual ADHD act... Jones atleast tries.. Beverley was adequate... Parsons was very good and Delfino as it turned out should have shot 20 threes.

It was ONE game, against a bad match up for us. This team has been together for 6 months and was playing a back to back with an injured franchise player.

It isn't the end of the world

Well let's see what McHale is gonna say in the interviews. Hope he says something about the bad rotations. Probably not. He's probably gonna justify why he didn't play Asik and then say something about ball not going in without mentioning names and defense was horrible, etc... He probably will not say anything about himself.

I don't understand why the Rockets are so bad on b2b's! Aren't they all 12 years old? they shouldn't be that tired. how much p**** is Harden and Chandler crushing after the games that makes them so tired?

You fully realize that the difference between playing a Gallonari and Faried-less Denver squad versus the San Antonio Spurs, could be the difference between sneaking into the 2nd round, and a 4 game sweep in the first round, right?

    Tell me you understand this.

If Houston gets stuck playing OKC, I think Houston has a chance taking a few games if coaching rewatches that game after the All-Star weekend to see what worked best against them. But, I think it'll be the subsitutions that'll doom this team. The worst scenario to me is that playing OKC is going to be a "Harden-vs-his-old team" showcase, and could turn into an iso fest.

He's probably going to use his usual "it's a young team, you never know what to expect" excuse.

    when
    - Lin was getting better from the 2nd quarter but nowhere to be seen on the court in the most 2nd half
    - Harden was playing like shxt without any effort tonight
    - the Rockets needed reboudning from Asik who was nowhere to be seen on the court in the most 2nd half
    - the Rockets were closing in in the 2nd half, the rotation and the game plan remained the same until every human knew it was too late to put back the starters.

it leads us to think was it lost on purpose. Mchale should know the best. If the answer is no, then I don't see how the Rockets would any further with Mchale. The only redemption for Mchale is if the Rockets happen to go pass the first round in the playoffs.

worst and most disappointing loss of the season, easily.

    by far.

where last week I was thrilled to have the opportunity to knock the Lakers out of the playoffs, at this point I expect a loss.

this was the game that I will remember.

when the Rockets couldn't clinch the 7 seed in Phoenix and sent themselves to Los Angeles of all places with the loser taking the 8 seed.

They hit some really tough shots and got those long rebounds. This game in LA is so big now, it's crazy. Time for everyone to break out whatever lucky thing they possess, we are going to be heading into the playoffs early with this game Wednesday.
