In the VLC go to Open Network. Paste the link and then click open stream or whatever it says.

Make sure you have the latest version of VLC or it will skip every 30 seconds.

Does anyone else's VLC player just play the game for like 15 seconds and then shuts off? I have to keep restarting it. Is there some setting I'm unaware of?

Yes, reset vlc cash files. Then, Copy and paste the link into vlc network stream...don't click it.

Change the "3000" in the VLC link URL to other numbers like 1600 or 800 to reduce quality but get a smooth stream.

I know it's the last day of the season, but for the VLC files don't paste the entire original link. I'm assuming you're getting it from Reddit, so embed the link like the guy who creates the post does. By pasting the actual link, it makes it possible for the loophole that allows the link to exist to be closed and then the stream won't work. Thanks!

Where to watch the Rockets games locally

If you are in the North area - go to Mr. C's Sports Grill. We have Comcast and show all of the Rockets, Astros & Dynamo games. Tons of tv's inside and out. Always have draft specials on game nights as well as shot and bucket specials. Great menu, friendly crowd and servers.
