    Not including Noels of course....

is there anyone in this draft that you would consider trading for if you could get them by giving up two of our youngsters, say TRob and one of TJones or DMo?

Gobert or Len are interesting with game changing potential. The Greek kid maybe Sth special.

    Not necessarily limited to Houston

    High level trade:

    Marcus Smart
    Shabazz Muhammad
    Victor Oladipo

    Mid-Level trade:
Michael Carter-Williams (especially for his athleticism and point guard skills, though his jumpshooting is woeful, but can improve over time. I'm afraid the two other skills are either difficult to develop or impossible at this point).

    Glenn Robinson III
    Giannis Adetokoubo
    Kentavious Caldwell-Pope

    Lower Level trade:

    James McAdoo
    Tony Mitchell
    Steven Adams

Do you realize that McDetmott has no real post moves? All his moves are Micky Mouse under and over moves that will get rejected 90% of the time in the NBA.

Also he lives at the free throw line. He is not going to get those superstar calls in the NBA.

McDermott may be available with our second round pick. Unless it looks like he's gonna slip into the first.

If you're gonna name somebody then you should state who you would trade for them.'

Personally I'm intrigued by the bigs in this draft. I really think Cody Zeller is underrated and I think Len has loads of potential. If one or both of those guys fell down to 10 or so, I'd offer up TRob and possibly either TJones or DMo to get them.

I really like Doug McDermott in the second round. If he moved his draft stock up to the bottom of the first I'd offer up TRob and hope to get another future first or second to go with him.

I think Mason Plumlee or Jeff Withey would be some good targets.

McDermott is a tall 3. Not a post player

Plumlee will strive to be a NBA backup 5.

I'd be very surprised if we don't trade out at least one of Dmo&Trob on draft night or before next season starts.

I expect he'll live at the three point line in the NBA. If he can defend NBA PFs, he will make a nice living as a stretch four off the bench. I am thinking he will slide past the Rockets pick. I think Rockets could offer a future 2nd round pick or cash if they have any left for a pick around 40 for him. He could become PPat with a longer cheaper contract.

I would not be opposed using the 33rd pick for him, but I just have a feeling that the 33rd pick will be used for something else.

Oladipo and Burke are my favorite players in this draft... Im not too excited with the other prospects considering that Noel is coming back from a serious injury... Jeff Withey would be Awesome for the backup Center spot... He might be available in the early 20's....

    You've just described Luis Scola...
Not that I see that in him, but just saying its possible.
Also, McDermott may have a better shot at being a SF than a lot of other tweeners (see Marcus Morris). It depends on his ability to continue to shoot effectively from 3 in the NBA. Of course he won't be able to defend, but lets be honest... there's the Lebron defenders of the world, and everyone else... and everyone else let's their man by. Help defense, hitting the glass, rotating is what he'll need to do well. He may just not have the athleticism at the end of the day, but I think he could find a role... Matt Bonner's on his 9th nba season.

As to the thread question, sure there are players I'd trade for... but WHO do I have to trade?

He's a shooting guard. What would you trade for him?

Whoever you want. Just make it somewhat equal value. In other words, don't throw out James Anderson for Oladipo or something like that.

If Withey were available, who would you trade for him?
