Mathematically impossible for Houston to become an 8th seed at this point. The best the Lakers can do is tie Houston's record and Houston has the tiebreak over them.

The lakers have the tie breaker if they beat us, it's currently 1-2, if we lose, 2-2

Houston does not have the tied breaker over LA if their record is tied. So i don't know what you're talking about.

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING about...if Houston lose to LA the last game, they're 2-2 and if Houston is 0-2 for the last 2 games, they ended up being 8th seed to do LA having better conference record.

In the event that we are tied with the Fakers after losing to them, they get the better seeding because they have the better conference record.

I'll be going to games 1 and 2 if they play Denver. But, this is a terrible matchup, the Rockets are gonna get stomped by the Nuggs. They cannot be beat at home, I expect us to lose 4-1

Iv'e been saying all along to avoid Denver at all cost but I'm at the point now where I don't even give a ****. The Rockets just need to go out there and play as hard as they can no matter who they play. If they do that they have the potential to upset any team.

Whats disgusting is Lakers really might have a shot to get to 6th if Houston chokes against phoenix and GSW against both.

The full roster is back, they won't choke against Phoenix.

that win againist the Warriors in hindsight was huge for the Lakers in terms of seeding.

That's what we said when Ty and Gallo were both out and we still got blown out real badly.

Random question, but does anyone know how much the cheapest tickets will be on rockets.com once playoff tickets are made available?

We were also missing Parsons and on our 3rd game in 4 nights and on the 2nd night of a back-to-back.

    Why does everyone ignore that?

The spurs are way more vulnerable than denver. Parker isn't playing well at all & they don't have anyone that can lock up Harden. Plus I think we have a shot at actually stealing a game in San Antonio. We have no chance of stealing a game in denver.

We want the 6th seed because provided an upstart like the GSW beats an old slow non-playoff style team in San Antonio, then we have home court advantage in the second round.

Didn't Parker have a good game against Sacramento?

Last year, the Spurs didn't have anyone who could lock up Chris Paul, but the Spurs swept the Clippers in the playoffs.

Paul was injured and wouldn't have even played if it were the regular season.
