I'd much rather play the nuggets tbh, while i think we have a better chance in a 1 off game against the SAS, Pop's adjustments game to game and their experience would likely sink us unless we got ridiculously hot (like hotter than okc got against them last year), Denver on the other hand, no experience. Plus risking dropping to 8th isn't worth it, lol
The way TJones is built, especially around his shoulders and neck, and some of his moves remind me of Shawn Kemp. Another stellar game by Harden. The lob-city-lite tonight was very nice. Only 9 total team TOs before garbage time in the 4th. I don’t mind Houston playing Denver in the playoffs. After that big loss it would seem Houston should avoid them, but I would rather the team play up to their challenges rather than avoid them. It’ll be an uphill battle no matter which team they play, but to me playing the only top ranked WC team they haven’t beaten will actually force them to focus more on defense and ball movement.
I agree. He must have studied film a lot like Shane Battier did to play defense the way he did. Perhaps I should have said Thomas Robinson has all of the physical tools to be the type of player Dennis Rodman was.
No one should be complaining b****ing or even snitching.. What this team has accomplish in this very young season is beyond expectations. You dirtbags should be congratulating this young ball club.. 6th seed in their 1st year together, what more do you want?
Our D-League team is #1 in turning scrubs into stars. Look at how much T-Jones improved. How many callups has RGV gotten this year?
I think we still have to win one more. If we lose the next two and the Lakers win the next two, we'll have to same record, and I believe they have the tiebreaker.
Both teams are dealing with injuries and both teams have very good coaches known to be very good at making adjustments to take their opponent away from their strengths and maximize their opponents weaknesses. Right now want the #6 seed and pray the Clippers beat out the Nuggets for #3.
please stop. you're making too much sense on here. we should tank and avoid denver so CF can be happy
Next game against the Suns is a must win. Then we can do whatever the heck we want against the Lakers.
I think we're going to stay the 6th seed too. The Warriors play the Spurs and the Blazers in their last two games. We play the Suns and the Kobeless Lakers. Warriors should go 1-1. We should go at least 1-1, which would leave us in the 6th seed.
If we play the Spurs do you think they will go with the hack-a-Omer? Pop did it against Shaq in the playoffs...
tanking is a losing attitude PERIOD. if you dont play to win the game then you shouldn't show up. yes we haven't beaten denver but to want to avoid them shows the lack of confidence in your team. to be champs you have to go thru EVERYONE no exceptions and its not like we're winning the chip this yr anyway so that "matchup" bs don't fly
