Two answers to this, whether they also have 5 year old minds, then its not even a question. You could fight them indefinitely, until you get tired/bored, & these numbers are way too low. The problem is that can't be the case in this hypothetical, or else there wouldn't even be a fight in the first place. They're minds would have to be controlled or at least altered to some extent for this to even work, & if by doing so they're now fighting as cooperatively as possible (best case say remotely controlled with an experienced team of video gamers operating them borg style), and assuming they have strong enough teeth (baby teeth integrity?), with perfectly timed attacks it's going to be a hell of a lot fewer of them than some of us are thinking.
