Currently reading donaghy's book... The outcome of this game was handed down from the league. Stern wants rockets in the 7th OR THE 8th spot to play OKC.

Really don't like the Point Per Shot stat, it's much better to use TS% to gauge efficiency, and Harden's TS% tonight was about 49.5%, which is not good.

Our end game planning was fine, the fact that you are complaining about a wide open shot is laughable. Garcia was ice cold, and no one on our team besides James Harden is a proven clutch time scorer.

The biggest silver lining in this game is that we played a very good team close to the very end and almost won without our second leading scorer.

What was the winning shot to you then if you aren't arguing the last shot?

What I don't understand is why jeremy is listed as turn over prone, but not james harden? Sometimes he looks just as lost out there on the court as jeremy. But the media just forgets about that.

Just got from game. Great atmosphere in the 2nd half, our offense just wasn't clicking (Griz pretty good defensive team). BUT those refs were terrible tonight. Absolutely terrible, I hope they get kidney stones. My friend thought they should be shot so I think I come off as level headed :)

Yeaaah. That is true to an extent, again, my opinion. A moral victory for a young team, to me, is losing a close ass game to a team no believes we can beat anyway, but we came so damn close to doing so. This loss... Hell no. We should have won.

I don't mind the loss, prefer to stay at 7th anyway. But the iso/hero ball by Harden is really getting on my nerves. Can't Mchale run a better ****ing play?

League wants Lakers at 7th so they can play Spurs, us at 8th so Rockets vs. OKC

LOL, I think the Zach Randolphs and Kenneth Farieds of the world have done much more to destroy D-Mo's confidence than McHale.

we miss our CP... Without his cuts and with the game being officiated to be very physical, we are almost bound to lose. it's great that we get to this close. Harden is gassed so no blame to him on the last one. He did a great job getting himself open but could not make it.

However, I do hope our players especially Lin and Harden learn how to play in a very physical game. Both if them were looking for whistles when clearly no whistle is given to them.

BTW the refs sucked. They were not consistent at all.
