Looks like the Lakers will for sure win their first back-to-back all season tonight:

Doesn't matter who plays... Lakers can't win in Portland.

Even when Portland is basically laying down for them? If they can't win tonight, they don't deserve to be the 8th seed.

BTW, the Mavs should be able to shave those beards after tonight's game.

Shouldn't the Mavs be going into tank mode right about now? Are they seriously going to try and run the table, and hope that both the Jazz and Lakers completely lose out?

It's too late to tank.. might as well try to win out. Either way they're not going anywhere.

Yeah, it's just something about Portland. Maybe the fact that they actually manage to drown out all the annoying Laker bandwagon cockroach fans that are in every other arena. Right now the Lakers are favored 6.5 points. Man, that's nuts. Betting on Portland is like printing money.

Lakers win tonight they're in because they won't lose at home.

Lakers will beat Spurs if it's the 1-8 for sure.

    Hahahahahahahahaahahahahaa good one.

What cracks me up is that I hear all this stuff about teams trying to avoid the Lakers in the playoffs? Why would anyone think this? The Lakers are not bad because they are just in a funk or something.. they are not a good team. They are old, have terrible chemistry, and to make matters worse D'Antoni has an extremely short rotation and is running their guys into the ground. If they win a single game in the playoffs I'll be shocked.

Essentially, Lakers will get the 8th seed and they will beat the Spurs if the Spurs are the 1 seed. It's rather annoying actually.

It's a bit stupid to have a partial owner of the Lakers try to have an honest conversation about the Lakers. They need to boot him based on conflict of interest.

All the good players except Lillard probably won't play.

    This Bucks/Magic ending

Game was all but over. Bucks up 3, Magic had the ball, Harris attempts a 3 and was fouled(!), makes the 3, missed the free throw, now heading to overtime.

    Crazy.

Magic win in overtime. 30/20 for Vucevic.
