I noticed when Harden is in Lin mostly just stands in the corner and when Beverley is in it's the same thing. Minimizing Lin's potential like this will result in a quick exit from the playoffs.
And if you take out some of the classes I didn't like in college I had a 4.0 GPA. Free throws are a big part of scoring efficiency. It's up to the player to determine if and when he's getting calls. When Harden isn't getting the whistle he starts to defer to his jumper.
Having a team that has been together for less than 6 months and having inferior talent will result in a quick exit from the playoffs.
If you take out all the missed shots, Harden is actually shooting 100%. Name me one other player in NBA history who shoots 100%.
True but it would be nice to win a few games first. James is just handling the ball too much. That is a fact and the 9 turnovers prove it.
Yeah..... you need to get foul to get the free throws, and most of the time is shot attempt. This article and the writer are total garbage, especially the heading. And the guy who post this type of article here are just trying to stirring crap.
Harden handles the ball as much as he did last night all the time, and guess what he doesn't usually have 9 turnovers.
Yeah becoz fouled shot won't count as fga, that's why his fga is always so low. But his ts% is still very high, much better than Lin.
We all know what will happen, the Memphis and Pacers game are good examples of elite defenders defending smartly and keeping Harden honest. Harden himself must be aware of it. We can only wait and see how Harden will gameplan and adjust. Maybe he will try some new moves that we have not yet seen him attempt?
Yeah anyhow James is our PG. Worst assist/to ratio in the league for PG's and 9 turnovers last night.
Yes And having a team that is so young, and has so few years in NBA. Lin, Parsons, even Harden. Smith, Beverley, all of the power forwards. Whenever I really think about it is mind boggling to me that they are contending for the 6th seed in the West. : )
Actually he had 9 TO's last year during "Linsanity," and the Knicks lost that one. There's no reason for you to b****. Rockets are in the playoffs, we aren't gonna completely change our primary ball handler once we make it into the playoffs, lol. We're gonna do the same thing that got us there.
In this game, Harden and Lin both had some good and bad plays. They both helped win the game one way or another. Harden's 33 points and Lin's 4 crucial 4 points in the 4th quarter made the game different from losing to winning. Although the final win was a luck but a win is a win. There is no need to be too hard on them since the game was won and a playoff seed was clinched. As for their weaknesses, time will help them learn and improve. remember these weaknesses can be got rid of or improved through experience and practice. It is not like something can be done. For instance, People used to say Lin can go left, however, if you look closer, he has done quick a lot of going left and keeps improving. After all they are only 24 and 23. Time flies, while we are praising Parker, CP3 and any other existing elite PGs, don't you realize it took CP3 8 years and Parker 11 years to become who they are now. Nowadays fans are just so impatient and are expecting instant rewards from these young NBA star players in their first few years. In return they will get disappointed and be thinking these young star players are not up to what it takes. In fact, every potential star players should be given at least a couple or more full seasons to develop to be true star players. After that, if they still can't be who they are expected to be, then you can bash on. For the time being, the Rockets is more like a young version of OKC and they will improve provided these youngsters are to remain in the team altogether in next few years.
