Harden's half court shot. Parsons going ape **** against the Knicks. Asik taking over against the Bulls. Running through the Knicks. Toney's clutch 3 v. Bulls. Harden's debut against Pistons/Hawks were freaking insane. Lin proving he's still got it with 38 in a L v. Spurs. The PF carousel. T. Jones dunking all over Jodie Meeks. 27 3's v. Warriors. Waiting to hear if the Knicks would match.
Even though we lost.. that game against the Heat where I think Harden had 38 and was completely dropping off Lebron in the 4th quarter.. yeaaah
My friends and I were having a huge party the night that trade happened. After the HUGE disappointment of the whole D12 situation and no pre draft trade I was absolutely Shocked at a trade going down that late and JH not getting a contract from okc. I spent the later part of the early morning on CF via my phone.
Another BIG vid of that OKC win This one's from OriginalKnJ that i shortened a bit. much better quality blah blah definitely most memorable imo as we beat the west conf champs after coming back from down 14 in the 4th and now, playoffs! XD
My favorite moment was hands down.. Rockets fans wanting to fire morey.. When everyone thought collecting assets was wrong.. we traded too much for harden.. Harden was 6th man playing against scrubs he won't be good. Carmelo, Felton, and co talking trash about Lin and his rediculous contract.. Asik was not a big part of the team.. We're a 30 win team. Than we proved them wrong in 2 days.. Harden drops 38 and 45 ESpN goes ERRmAHHGAWD! Huge props to Daryl morey..
The win against Clippers.....shall we have that categorised as an "honorable mention"? Also, some of Lin's assists this season are really slick, like those no-look passes What else have we got?
Lin going for 38 points this season, ending Linsanity in NY, watching him during pregame warmups and watching 60 Minutes- I'm joking. I'd say the first 2 games of the season when Harden going off with 40+ back to back games was memorable for me- our superstar has arrived. Beating the Thunder with the Rockets down 14 points with 7 minutes to go was another highlight, a little below that is overwhelming a full-strength Clippers team without Harden. The best is yet to come.......
So many amazing moments this season. Harden and Lin out of the gate dismantling Detroit and Atlanta. Blow out of Memphis. Sweep of the Knicks. Annihilation of Chicago on Christmas. 23 x 3 pointers against GSW, then beating them AGAIN after they talked smack. 45 point Blow out of Utah, handing them their worst home loss EVER is beyond special. 75 points by the back court in the 17 point come back against OKC with 6 minutes remaining. Inconsistent? Sure. However it's hard to NOT love a team that fights the way the Rockets have this season despite all the ups and downs. Analyst predictions ... 30-35 wins. Reality ... 10 games above 500 (44 wins) with 4 games to go.
1. The OKC comeback after trading a third of the team at the trade deadline. 2. Trading for James Harden at the start of the season - the world exploded. 3. Sweeping the Knicks when they were on some sort of streak both times(undefeated and then undefeated at home, if I remember right). 4. Raining 3s against the GSW. 5. The Chicago Christmas game.
First game with League Pass, before that i was watching games with bad streams . Such a great game was that, also one of favourites.
- Hardens first game as a Rocket - Lins coast to coast dunk against the Kings - Asiks block against Noah in the final seconds of the Bulls game - tie the 3-point record in a game - Beverlys monster block against the Spurs/Hardens game winner - Christmas day win against the Bulls - Andersons facial against Fournier/Smiths facial against Splitter - Biggest home loss in Jazz history - our backcourt against OKC - McHale coaching the youngest team in the NBA - Morey gettin all this key pieces
