    damn crazy, was just about to go to library there this morning to use internet because it was out at my house. so basically comcast almost got me stabbed.

    Where are the real men? The problem is that we are a nation of pacifists. We as men our supposed to be protectors. Come on men there were women in those classrooms. Did 9-11 teach us anything? We can't always wait for the cops all it would of took was one brave man to fight this lunatic and the bloodshed would of been minimized.

    This is why I carry on campus.

    Bash me all you want, and tell me Im paranoid and over the top (like the guy from the other gun debate forum) but when stuff like this starts popping off, I won't be running from it, I will be running to it, to put at stop to it before it gets any worse. This needs to end. You can't even go to school without being stabbed or shot at.

    Unbelievable.

    It was ONE guy with an XACTO knife. Not even a 3+ inch blade knife, a small surgical xacto knife.

    Guess everyone wanted to stay away from the kid with a 1 inch blade.

    They said he was running around from building to building. Depending on what the crowds were like, i don't think it would be that difficult to do, especially if he targeted women. Every new person/group he encountered wouldn't know what was happening, since he was just entering the building.

    This never would have happened if they put a nationwide ban on exacto knives or any weapon that can cut someone. I hope this becomes the new focus of Washington while record numbers of people are unemployed. Unless a new steroid withchunt gets in the way, of course

    So if there is a shooting on your campus...
    1. you decide to play hero
    2. you run to the scene where shooting has been reported
    3. you pull out your gun looking for the shooters
    4. cops show up, identify you as the suspect (since you have a gun in your hand)
    5. or another student who also carries shows up to play hero, and thinks you are the suspect
    6. cops/hero-student shoot you
    7. the end for you
