everything was so predictable. only thing that saved mania for me was the punk/taker match...punk always brings a good match with anybody. hopefully austin comes back at 30 to face punk
Cena has been a heel. Not the one we deserve but the one we need right now. But seriously he was gettting more boos than cheers. Definitely a heel just not your classic "bad guy" type.
Bought this shirt on WWE's website 2 months ago, was on clearance for like $10, figure something to wear when I go to my yearly Smackdown/Raw when they are at the Toyota Center Wore it today to Nick's Place to watch WM at, had compliments and one teenager Cena fanboy that came up to me and said he hated it. Predictable card, I got in late when Jericho/Fandango match went on. Punk/Undertaker match was good, Punk always delivers in his matches. Brock/Triple H was good. Funny since Brock came back, he's 1-2 with loses to Cena and Triple H. At least we know he doesn't care about booking. I just hope Lesner/CM Punk form some badass stable, but know its not going to happen since Lesner only works like 60 days a year. Cena/Rock match was slow, almost as slow as Lesnar/Goldberg at WM 20, but at least this one was entertaining at the end. Now Rocky has to fight crime with the help of Dom Toretto.... btw, I thought it was badass that Living Color was there to play Punk's entrance, freaking awesome.... Wrestlemania 30 in New Orleans next year, may want to make the drive, or just wait till they have it at Cowboys Stadium or come back to Reliant.
I caught only the main event...I was hoping to catch Punk/Taker but didn't know the main event would start so early. Heard Punk/Taker stole the night and that Punk hurt his knee pretty badly when he jumped off the top rope onto the announcers table. Punk is probably going to be gone until Summer Slam or around there. Dude needs rest...been non-stop wrestling for more than a decade, night in and out. The main event was BRUTAL. It was like watching Superman fight Superman...I swear both kicked out of at least 5 finishers apiece and the last 10 minutes was nothing but finishers. The Rock looked kind of pissed at the end and it ended so corny. (Not that wrestling is cool to begin with)

I truly miss the 90s when a WWF PPV would cost what? $24.99 or $29.99 if I remember correctly. $59.99 for this? Everything was so boring and predictable last night. No drastic turn of events at all. Except maybe for Big Show turning on his teammates but even that was blah. I'm trying hard to like today's WWE in hopes maybe they can rekindle some of that magic from the past. And I could not help but chuckle at JBL's "in depth" commentary. Come on, this is'nt boxing or football. And everything he said was the exact opposite of what was going to happen. For example, a guy get's pinned for the three count and he yells "This is it!!!". Uh, no it's not, shut up. edit: oh, and the Rock and Cena holding hands at the end. Come on, you would never see that **** in the Attitude Era or before. WWE trying to demonstrate good sportsmanship to all the kids, I guess. Lame.
You are wrong. Cena won the MITB match for the WWE Championship which he cashed in against Punk at Raw1000. Ziggler won the MITB match for the World Heavyweight Championship. He can only cash it in against the World Heavyweight champion, not the WWE champion. You're right about the rosters though, so technically Ziggy could cash it in against the World Heavyweight champ on Raw or Smackdown, but only the World Heavyweight champion.
About to start watching RAW right now... But, I guess that means Ziggler cashed it in 24 hours later than I expected! I'll take that as a correct prediction.
That was a great crowd at the IZOD Center. I don't remember a crowd that good since CM Punk was back in Chicago and beat Cena for the WWE Title. I think all the adults stole Little Jimmy's tickets to RAW. It was extremely anti-Cena, Dolph Ziggler got one of the biggest pops, the crowd trolled Alberto Del Rio and I saw a video where people were humming along to Fandango's entrance theme on their way out of the IZOD Center.
Rumor has it Rock was pissed with the way the match ended at mania and left. Didn't like where the creative team was going with his character. I'm think his injury is just an excuse to why he didn't show. He looked legitimately pissed after the match. Also, punk hurt his knee on that top ripe elbow drop drop which explains his absence.
Yeah I saw that too. Lol I got tweets saying that this was one of the best RAW in years because of the crowd. I only watched the open (Actually loved Cena playing with the heel turn), Dolph winning the title (the curse of Twitter/tweeting during the National Championship game, people tweeted about Ziggler winning..Ziggler got the biggest pop since CM Punk in Chicago), Undertaker, Paul Heyman and the end. I heard the best part was Sheamus vs Orton because the crowd was insane.
Can't believe I missed this raw. Read the reports that the fans ****ted all over the show. I'm typically not a fan of the Boo the face, cheer the heel guy anymore. But man, they tore it up. New York crowds, Philly crowds, and Chicago crowds are the best. Triple H is supposed to be on smackdown, so he can edit out the boos.
