Someone mentioned that he was with girl, either girlfriend or sister. And yeah, foreign countrys also have similar stores in their countrys, mostly the same.
When I was a kid, on Halloween we went into a gated community and one door we knocked on a women answered and in the background Mario Ellie was layign on the couch watching TV, we had no idea that was his house. He came to the door for us and said Hi. What was funny was, his wife didnt hand out candy. They handed out quarters, haha. That story is no lie either.
And back when I lived in Houston I had met Clyde Drexler, Kenny Smith, Tim Breaux, Carl Herrera, Robert Horry and Zan Tabak all at little signings they would have. I met Charles Barkely at his house. Found out where he lived, buddy and me rode our bikes to his house and took two basketball cards we had of his to sign for us. We walked up to his door and in the front of the house was big bay windows and that room had sneakers and balls all in it and some workout equipment. He was on the stairclimber when we go there and rang the doorbell and shockingly he stopped mid workout and came and shook our hands and signed both our cards.
lol how embarrassing to be seen at the outlet mall I would never go there and shop amongst all the poors
While we're on the Mario Elie stories... When I was a kid, this guy that owned a tire shop was having a signing with Elie, Robert Horry, Sam Mack and Tim Breaux. The owner owed my dad a favor. My dad worked it so the guy would let my brother and I meet the players. Time comes, and the guy doesn't answer his phone. We never got to meet those guys. It was heartbreaking to a ten (or so) year old.
joegoroxy must be taller then the average, because Motiejunas looks shorter in that pic then he does on TV or I'd expect a near 7 footer to be.
You guys always complain about the newer posters, but damn some of you old timers are worst than they are, adding on the "seniority complex", makes for a crappy thread. Won't point out anyone in particular, i'm sure its obvious.
Come OP your the one taking picture, that's not you. Be honest your Asian and that's your friend who not a CF member?
It's cool that you ran into him, but in all honesty, i don't think he would have been recognized by a casual NBA fan regardless of what store he was at.
