Anyone who thinks James Harden should be benched for Patrick Beverly is insane. I would like to see Lin/Bev/Harden at some points in the game, though.
What made people so hard to admit that when we are without harden: 1) Better ball movement 2) Better defense
We have struggled against Lillard all year. I think it was more of a conscience plan to go at him this game. Oh and WHY WOULD HARDEN EVER COME OFF THE BENCH AGAIN? There are 2 guys doing what Harden is doing. Also to all those bashing the TOs guess who leads the L in Turnovers Durant, and KOBE!!!!!! Harden is the best player on our team. Sorry you don't recognize this. Lin is a good player, but we wouldn't be where we are this year without Harden, and Asik. Next best is Parsons, Lin.
I definitely think it should be Lin and Beverley starting if we want any shot at Andrew Wiggins next year.
What a great idea! Let's tank the season less than 76 games into it for an inknown commodity! Not smart.
I don't think they should start of course, but staggering Harden and Lin minutes so at least one is on the floor would be ideal.
Well it's pretty obvious that Harden is the worse player by far of the 3 so I agree with this sentiment. Harden is basically just Lebron with no defense and offense, but excels in statpadding so he looks like an all-star when in truth he isn't. Beverley can do everything Harden can do on offense except statpad, but he is a better defender too. Lin can do everything better than Harden on offense except stat padding, and he is a lock for DPOY this year as well so on defense it's no contest. In my opinion, the Rockets should trade Harden for Landry Fields.
