The difference really means how many games we might win in the 1st round before being bumped. I say if we play OKC, we might win 2 games, but only 1 if we play Spurs.
Really? I think we lose less against Spurs. I think we may beat the Spurs. The Thunder would clean sweep us.

Im sorry but the thunder will get us they know their rotation & they have been thru this before actually beasting playoffs for the last 2 years The rockets are good but dont have a main rotation and definitely not a PF. And I guess it doesn't matter as long as we make playoffs thats when things get REAL INTENSE cant wait to see if these guys are going to get pushed around or make something happen.

A, easily. We still made the playoff, but don't have a good chance against either OKC or SA. The Lakers missing is what puts this scenario over the top. Can you imagine the drama between Nash-Kobe-Gasol-Dwight? It might just be that extra bump we need to get Dwight in Houston.
It would be much more fun to watch the Lakers get annihilated by OKC than a OKC-Jazz 1st round series to be perfectly honest. Utah is just boring.
They, like Miami, like to trap the Houston backcourt, and though I don't think the Rockets will beat them anytime soon, the improvements by Parsons and Asik will prevent a sweep or close sweep; and with the addition of a solid PF, I think the Rockets might just give OKC a run for their money.
