    Is it even remotely possible that the Rockets could acquire both Chris Paul and Dwight Howard this offseason (without giving up James Harden)?

    I think it is actually (Lin S&T) (Asik S&T) and other stuff, of course we have a resident expert for this question... but isn't the 3-max deal blueprint pretty much extinct? God knows the Lakers almost acquired Howard and Paul but they're the Lakers...

    Agreed on Vinny but disagree on McMillan. Watched him very close in Portland and he does NOT deserve the respect so many give him. Many reasons why. I don't really like the Clippers so I hope they hire him.

    While he would be an upgrade over Vinny from a competence standpoint, McMillan is poor at managing difficult personalities.

    you can, but you need at least 2 and preferably 3 on the new maxes, howard and paul are on the old maxes, so are about 41 between them, so with harden approaching 55m, whereas if you say had howard, love and harden, you're only looking at ~48-9m, and if you had 3 new maxes, you'd have a further 5 or 6m again to spend.

    He used to be a Lakers fan and used to trash them after Shaq left.. really bitter old guy (his own words) with life in general. Wouldn't take anything he says too seriously. All of his articles are negative.
