Teams that tried or are trying tanking. Notice they don't have championships
Bobcats, Wizards, Magic, Raptors, Suns, Hornets, Kings, Pelicans, Blazers, Jazz, Hawks EXCEPT for Bucks, Pistons

Teams that have acquired Superstars. Notice how 80% have won championships
Rockets, Clippers, Lakers, Knicks, Celtics, Grizzlies, Nets, Heat

Teams that plain draft smart aquire superstar talent late in drafts
Spurs, Mavs, Pacers, Warriors, Nuggets (Idk where to put them )

Teams that currently successfully tanked potential to win a ring
    Thunder, Cavs <---- Still ringless

I know I might of missed a couple teams

“After the 1984 coin flip, which was won by the Houston Rockets, the NBA introduced the lottery system to counter the accusations that the Rockets and several other teams were deliberately losing their regular season games in order to secure the worst record and subsequently the chance to obtain the first pick.”

Spurs produced 4 championships with one tank.

I going to guess you are not a rockets fan or are really young. The reason why there is a draft lottery is the Houston rockets.

Spurs drafted Parker 28th and Gino at 57th
Tanking was a part of it, but for them it mostly was due to drafting smart.
Yes they did draft Duncun and Robinson, but they didn't win a championship by tanking

He's talking about a couple of super tall guys who got drafted in the 80's - ask tinman to educate you - he'll gladly do it.

Because everybody knows that every single draft contains a once-in-a-generation big man.

This has to be a troll post by the OP. Just about every other sentence is factually incorrect.

It worked out awesome for the Celtics when they tanked to get Duncan.

Sigh, this kid knows nothing about basketball, we already saw that when he shat on Chuck Hayes.

Move along, nothing to see here.

You guys. Marcus Fizer. Tyson Chandler. Eddy Curry. Jay Williams.

Championship core. Gonna make Chicago forget all about Jordan.

You know they won a championship without Parker and Ginobili right?

This, this and this. Robinson could have played a few months of that season and it was blatant tanking. They lucked out.
