I'm not saying McHale is a bad coach, but even your grandma might be able to coach Heat into playoffs.
It's funny, because before last night's game was over, I could've told you that Mike Lu, BleedRed, GoRockets2009, Steal&Deal, and hustle_town would be all butt hurt trolls today. I think so many of you are so insecure about your lover fanboy that you need to defend him EVEN when his team wins just because he does not play in the 4th. Just accept that he got rest and healed, be glad we won because of the lead he helped create for us, without needing to bring down other people to prop up your superhero. It is obvious.
What happened last night was more evidence that the Rockets do not have a good coach, or even an average one. The coach has never been to the playoffs despite coaching a long time. The coach also had an epic collapse last season. Neither of these things happens to someone who is good at their job.
McHale obviously didn't want Lin or Asik and has played them the minimum time possible this year only to avoid losing. This is not a conspiracy theory - it is a FACT.
real question. Are you r****ded or actually trolling? Kudos for making the latter look realistic if true.
Question for you - have you been watching the games this year? If you have then 2 things are possible: 1) You're so biased you don't see the obvious 2) You see it but think they suck so it's warranted to play them far less than Chandler or Harden. They are both better than Chandler by the way.
Some people here don't see the logical fallacy of their arguments. Not all playoff coaches are good coaches. This team is a playoff team because Morey is GM of the year, not because McHale is a good coach. McHale is like Mike Brown or Vinny Del Negro, bad coaches on very talented teams
2 trolls dominate a thread by quoting each other and somehow feel validated. The life of an internet hero must be exhausting.
So you disagree with the facts that Asik and Lin play a lot less than Parsons? Do you really think Parsons is a lot better ballpalyer and more valuable to the team? Omer is the second leading rebounder in the league and the anchor of our defense and Jeremy is leading the team in assists and among the league leaders in steals. Chandler is a good ballplayer but certainly is not more valuable to the team.
All these fire Mchale Mcfail Mcwhatever the hell you want to call him is stupid to me yea hes not the best coach and by leaving the young players in last night also showed that he has trust in them to finish the game lol damn when are you people gonna get through your head that Mchale has this team whether you like it or not in position to make the playoffs for the first time in like 3 years so look at in DM and Leslie Alexander view what would make them want to fire there coach with with this team is and how they been playing all season .............oh wait let me guess cause Lin didnt play 2 minutes in the 4th LOL yup that'll get him fired for sure
Lin and Asik both have noticeable stamina issues. Every player is different in their ability to sustain performance with extended minutes.
Jesus Christ I didn't even think this validated an explanation. You are familiar with this organizations history and wearing down its players before playoff time right? Adelman played Yao to win games, can't blame him even after the FO told him to back off. Les blamed him for Yao's injury and wanted him gone, a HOF coach. This decision to limit the minutes of our big (Asik who isn't even conditioned well) has more to do with the entire organization. What we are doing is working as well, and I don't understand the b****ing. Go on though, keep spewing your conspiracies but I really don't have time to reply to nonsense. Its almost absurd you think the coach has an "Agenda".
Looks like someone else knew what I was talking about too. If you don't understand that much Steal&Deal, you should stop posting all together.
BTW the way Harden is playing right now, James Anderson is more valuable to the team. Hopefully his foot will recover and he will return and play team ball.
