    Shumpert is garbage this year. Can't shoot and regressed on defense this year.

    Partly might be due to his injury....it's a tough injury though...just look at Rose as he's not even playing yet.

    Unless he can start knocking down jumpers or finish his layups, he would never be a starter. Tony Allen makes way more sense.

    True. I don't think he'll ever be a offensive threat...might get a good game here or there but you are right the guy can't shoot.

    Someone on this team needs to learn how to finish alley oops consistently. It's a part of JLin's game which has gone entirely unused.
