On top of that Bev was playing without Omer or Smith, who have been huge in so far. Bev was solid, played excellent defense.
Greg Smith kind of reminds me of..... Both are strong as an ox. Both are right hand dominant. Both have huge hands and both love to dunk the ball. I just hope Greg continues to develop into the player that Otis was.
while no one can seriously advocate for harden to be given a lesser role on this team, his role HAS to change to be a finisher and not initiator...
a few points i want to make after watching our players play and comments on this board. 1) our starters are clearly better than orlander's starters (they are really backups in other team). 2) our backups still have long way to go. they played not bad but can't gain pts by playing against their backups' backups. it is the reason they are backups. 3) when the playoff starts, teams start to play real defense. we won't see those easy buckets anymore. we definitely need harden so please stop bringing up harden and any topic regarding harden. he didn't play the 1st half and he won't play the rest of the game. no point to talk about him on this game thread. just leave harden along.
Remember the last time the Rockets played Orlando and they benched Lin in the 4th? The Rockets barely beat Orlando!
If we start Greg Smith at power forward in the playoffs we have a good chance of upsetting a top seed
Are you purposefully being obtuse?? Do you not see people dogging Lin every chance they get even in blowout wins? Do you not see posters like Random Fan and the like? The Karoliks, the King1s, the J Sizzles, there are quite a few of them, lol. I wouldn't say they are Lin Only Haters as they are Rockets fans first, in some cases. I would just call them Lin haters. They like the Rockets, but don't like Lins success cuz it would mean that they were wrong and god forbid they be wrong about a player, especially to a fanbase that can border on annoying.
Give a lot of credit to Smith and Asik for powering in a making a lot of shots in the paing, plus rebounds for Asik. Also, can't deny Lin doing a great job of setting up the game for everyone. Great work by all players...DMo looking a bit loss though.
Why is it whenever Lin have a good game, people start mentioning LOFs and LOHs like this board is dependent on those terms to survive
