[Video] Omer Asik and Jeremy Lin Highlights vs Los Angeles Clippers 3/30/2013

That Asik vid illustrates what I believe is the Achilles heal of the Clippers, Deandre Jordan and his inefficient offensive game. Asik covered Griffin the whole game and did a great job on him. We left Greg Smith on Deandre and didn't care if he got the ball. Deandre is now below 40% from the free throw line. You can cover him with a junk defender and just hack him if he catches it. You can play overly aggressive with him with non-rotation players. Clippers don't want to throw the ball to him unless he's finishing up high. They don't want him to catch the ball and come down with it. So all you have to do with him is stay between him and the ball, take him out of the play, then line up your best defenders on Griffin.

I think the Clippers could be upset in the first round.

 

Pre 2012ers feel like they belong to a cool clique devaluing everything related to Lin. Lin fans did nothing in this thread to deserve the negativity

 

Didn't realize Asik get ISO's for himself. Let's see if this game is anomaly.
