back to the OP, suggesting that if a white man (for example) is not attracted to black women he is somehow rayciss, is akin to saying a man who is only attracted to women (of any race) is inherently homophobic.

That was meant to be a silly anecdote more than anything else, but of course race could play a role in attraction. And while I wouldn't advocate it, I wouldn't label the person who doesn't want to mingle with someone of a certain race as evil. It is foolish at worst. If, say, a white or black man doesn't want to hook up outside his race, that's fine with me. Less competition, and I need all the help I can get.
If you notice all of them have similar features and only one has dark skin, and not really that dark. Consider that certain features are more prominent in certain races that could still be a sign of at least racial preference. Also consider that what is considered attractive is like racial preference something that is culturally driven. Just look at paintings by Reubens or even pinup models from 50 years ago compared to the women in the pic above.
Not saying it is evil or even that someone who does have a racial preference in sexual attractive wouldn't still treat others of a different race equally and with respect but I think it is an interesting question. I look at it as even though someone might not like a fat women sexually would still treat a fat coworker as an equal. Although given how much negative comments are made about fat people that might be an interesting topic too.

On average I'm more attracted to non-black women than black. Am I a racist? I do find certain black women attractive but they're fewer than other races.

I like my women to have some junk in the trunk and dark hair. This makes me disproportionately attracted to some races more than others. I don't care about race, but my preferences mean that I am likely to be attracted to a significantly higher % of Latin/Arab/Black females than females of other races. I can't call that racist. To illustrate, I don't find Rihanna attractive but I do find Kim Kardashian attractive. I do find Beyonce attractive but I don't find Aishwarya Rai attractive. It's not about race when it comes to raw sexual attraction because the conscious brain is not really playing a role.
