Sounds like pay-back to what the Spurs did to them in Miami last year.

RT @tomhaberstroh: Confirmed: LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers OUT vs. Spurs.

No, Heat will not be fined. Players are there & there are reported injuries. Different situation than Spurs even if equally disappointing

Good for them. Would've been more impressive if it was the 30th streak game.

It'd be awesome if Pop rested Parker (finger/ankle) and Duncan (knee) and kept Ginobili on the bench all game.

If you don't think this is intentionally, we need to talk privately.

Heat are scared that they will get beatdown by spurs after their bench almost beat them in Miami earlier.

A beat down today would shatter lebron and wades fragile confidence

Of course it's intentional. But this time they also intentionally do it in a "polite" way, notifying the league in advance, or something like that.

It comes off more petty to me.
With the Spurs, we know they were in the midst of that tough road trip with six road games in nine days/nights. The Heat had no game yesterday. If they feel it hurts the Spurs to not play a full strength Heat team at home then so be it.
Should be funny when/if both teams meet in the finals.

    full Pop's rant:

“What do you mean? What kind of (bleep) is that? You kiddin?’ What a bunch of rummies. They’re doing that? Who would think of something like that? That’s below the belt. There’s no place for that kind of stuff. It is what it is. The motivation for it, you guys figure it out. It would be a great article.”
