The reason i'm posting this now is not for some attempt at street cred. the neighbor (68 years old) and i recently had a conversation in which he told me he was in prison for cocaine. obviously my family knew he was in prison but its just not something you ask about. we moved in our neighborhood in 1980, off homestead in northeast houston. anyone familar with these neighborhoods know that some spots look unincorporated as ours and he still has a big lot he keeps three semis on. when we moved there he owned a trucking company off mccarty road and he told me he had fifty trucks. i don't remember all his personal cars but he had an excalibur that he drove in parades for north forest school district. significant events- his oldest son was shot in the face in their den in about 82, he is still alive his daughter caught him on the couch with a neighbor's daughter about twenty years younger and obviously him going to prison about 10 years starting around 85. he told me he was kept in maximum security.
maybe one day i'll find out if the house down the street is running a lab op.. they always have the same two trucks, "painters".. their "remodeling" has been going on for over a year
I have a neighbor across the street who is in his late 40's who frequently has 20 something visitors who go in his house for a few minutes and leave. Sometimes these visitors will have friends stay in their car while the visitor goes inside.
Consistent traffic of substance abusers would not be welcome in my neighborhood. Call the police and report what you have observed.
Similar thing occurs in my neighborhood. The only person I know 100% for sure lives there is some Asian lady, but always various young people coming and going.
Ha! You just described my neighbor. Except he is younger, has Rick Ross beard, escalade, black on black car, security cameras, doesn't work.
Sounds like what I've seen at times in my life when I rented a cheap apartment to save money. I always wondered why they left the very obvious looking "friend in car with engine running out in the parking lot" - seems like, if you are involved in the illegal side of the economy, it might be less conspicuous if you just parked quietly.
