cannot believe I'm actually sticking up for Texxx here but not being attracted to a certain race doesn't mean you are racist.
Not taking anyone's side but the third question isn't fair. I'm sure plenty of guys don't find Beyonce Knowles attractive and that doesn't mean they are racist. We all have what they'd call preference. Even if texxx didn't find ANY black/dark skin/African American women attractive, doesn't equate to him being racist. So back on point, that third question does not have any influence nor relevance to what's being questioned here.
I understand but it isn't damning evidence. I have an affinity towards South Asian, Middle Eastern, and White women. I do not have much of an attraction to African women. Doesn't mean I have a hatred towards them.
Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. Physical attraction is a uniquely personal construct; no one should ever be judged or even questioned about it. And maybe it's because my parents were both factory direct, but I don't know that Beyonce is even aesthetically representative of most black women.
Admin. Your neg rep on this post said "I'm not sure you'll last" Lol. If I'm wrong for calling a spade a spade well then **** you
Why do I look forward to Texx's posts and replies... Shameful on my part... I wonder has he ever voiced any of these stupid azz views in person around a black dude.... Highly doubtful... Nothing a good azz whipping would fix though IMO
I was responding to one of your 15 posts (post #18 in this thread to be specific) where you said it was on the burden of others to prove you are racist. not a pet issue and I know it's off topic, but I was just providing an example of an inappropriate and insensitive comment that might be construed as racist. would you care to answer for that post you made about the Chinese living in Toronto? have i shown proof? now is your opportunity to explain otherwise. as for the topic of the thread- that was a terrible racist thing that black man said, and you are right- the other man responded in kind.
The allegation of "racism?" No, nothing about this particular line of questioning validates that charge. And frankly, if it does, we need to re-evaluate the intrinsic objectionability of racism. Individual romantic and sexual preferences are a much more sacrosanct prerogative than demographic tolerance.
The fact that the majority race wouldn't express these views in front of blacks is a measure of progress, insinuating that blacks would react otherwise with violence validates the views.
I'm not here for the admins. I'm here to converse with my fellow rox fans. If banned for stating facts I'll be back to speak with my Brethren.
If you photoshopped Beyonce white, you wouldn't know she wasn't based on her features. You want to focus on this famous people who are found incredibly attractive by tens if millions might not be attractive to me type stuff. That's weak. Beyonce is pretty damn hot physically. If she were white, would he object similarly? Based on his posting history and straight hostility to blacks in general, i tend to doubt it.
Wow, where are the history lessons guys? Quite clear from what we know now that slave owners could find their slaves attractive. It's not the attraction which shows they were/weren't racist, it's the post-relationship "shame" that made it clear they were racist. In this case, if bigtexx is racist, the only indicator of him being racist would be if he finds her attractive but won't admit it - something you would never find out. Being or not being attracted to a certain race does not necessarily say anything about a person's racial views.
