Microsoft Word corrects me if I try to spell it as "defence" and suggests "defense" I tend to go with MS Word, that's what my ENGLISH teachers have always suggested
Let me first say I like harden. To me he is a lazy player, loses his man on defense a lot, and on offense, when he doesn't have the ball he stands at the top way beyond the 3pt line and just hangs out there. Hope he isn't turning into a tmac, I see a lot of tmac in his game, talking about behavior, physically he can't do some of the things that tmac used to do because of his athleticism
Harden is a black, greedy basketball player that takes scoring options away from more deserving players. He plays no defense because he is lazy and greedy and doesn't care about winning. All he cares about is scoring and shooting 30 times a game because he is greedy and black and lazy.... Does that basically sum it up? Not saying everyone feels this way but the above has been insinuated of flat out said numerous times in this forum and it is absurd and honestly about as far from the truth as you can get.
Sorry I forgot... and McHale should be fired because he allows the greedy, black and lazy Harden to do what he wants while the courageous and more deserving are held back by this "player" that does not play democratic ball and doesn't want to win and isn't the team leader and skips the press after games leads the Rockets straight to hell.
Man, I saw the same thing. He is just standing there like a by stander, exactly like Tmac. Too bad, Tmac is more talented than Harden, Tmac's pullups were so pretty when he was at his best.
Why is it so hard to understand defence is the British spelling, which consequently widely accepted in commonwealth countries such as Australia and Canada. While defense is American spelling.
easy excuse: he's young , he got athleticism , he will come. The truth is he's huge liability even worse than DMo in Defense. so basically when your team have 2 holes at starting, they will be outrun by experienced team easily. you cannot neutralize this by current starting lineup. since you can't move Harden out, Dmo has to be moved to bench.
Fending off double and triple teams on yourself takes a lot out of you. Not excusing his defense but you can't expect him to be intense on both sides of the court when he his offense is relied on for the majority of the game. Has a lot to do with why Kobe doesn't play a lot of defense as well. Most allstars can but they are depended on their offense in the game. Maybe some of you haven't played a game of basketball.
