Care to explain?????????????????????????????????? (I cut and pasted your cool question marks.) You go find one post where I point the finger at someone. Do it, or shut up because you're full of ****.

Who's "we"? OK, tell me what I mean, since "you" (plural) know. Lots of people are mind readers in here recently.

I mean that McHale does not deserve to be criticized for his substitution pattern last night, since we played the Pacers to a draw once he started his substitutions.

Can't believe so many people are denying that the first quarter killed us. Get honest.

i am upset with him coz after so many games and so many practice he still has no idea what his lineup should be. if he were you, i would be very happy. coz he would insert bev to the starting lineup and would stick with them through growing pain. no he didn't. he can't stand for any tiny pain. he just kept changing and searching. he just likes many fans here. they hype and b**** players game by game.

Since you want to bring this crap out OK
Yes great that they DREW , but the same lineup , regressed back to a +10 point chase.
Lin plays on the 3rd comes back to 4 points and gets rotated out. 4minutes on the 3rd lin goes out . we slump back +10 chase and when it's too late , Lin comes back in. WTF Garbage.

I don't see this as regress. They lost a game to a team that's basically built to counter Rockets' style. The Pacers are the best transition defense in the league by far, and they take away 3s, protect the rim and have one of the very best perimeter defenders to bother Harden.

If healthy, the Pacers are a better team this year and a horrible matchup for the Rockets. I thought the Rockets may win this one because of the Pacers' health. They didn't win but they did have a chance, it wasn't a blowout. So... no big deal imo.

Hey, did you find my finger pointing yet? Or were you just talking out of your a$$? Let's see your evidence. Show everyone you are right and I am wrong.

You haven't given me criticism yet. I show data, everyone else says "You're an a-hole." That's not criticism.

Now go find my "finger pointing" which you accused me of, so everyone can see once and for all that you are right and I am wrong.

OK lets agree Lin stunked it up on the 1st . so it was correct to bench him

Actually if u watch the game , when the rockets picked the pace up , and ran pick and roll . We did alot better Harden with his bounce pass to Smith, and Lin's high pass to Asik. Mchale ran Smith till he was tanked with Harden, However with Lin when that Lin/Asik started to roll , he benched him . WTF
WAlk the talk Mchale ! ride the hot hand.

This up tempo fast pace takes alot of energy. Come that line up was tanked and we started to slow down (obviously cause same line up had been out there for so long) right into the pacers comfort zone. :(

Yes, I've heard of the word regression. But I tend to look at the teams performance over a longer period than one game. I guess every time the Rockets lose a game you post that the Rockets have regressed and that it sucks, and then every time they win a game you post that they are improving and it's is all wonderful. Great analysis.

Blame it on McHale you LOF fools. The fact is that Lin is an average point guard. He is suppose to be that punch on offense next to Harden but he's completely overrated. Parsons has deficiencies as well but he has been the more reliable second option.

As I said repeatedly, Lin becomes completely useless when playing with teams that can defend--the recent games Cavs, Spurs, and Pacers LOL. Why was Harden attempting all of the scoring yesterday, because no else can score or unwilling to score, like Lin. Lin's best offense is when he attacks but we got none of that yesterday. He wasn't even attempting to collapse the Pacer's interior defense. When he went coast to coast for a layup he missed wildly. Why is Lin penetrating between Stephenson and Hill when he should have took it to the basket on the right side. If he missed the layup, at least he can try to draw contact from Hill for free throws. When he goes left, he always goes for a right hand reverse layup on the left side of the basket. Why doesn't he just try to finish with his left hand if he's going left.

In the first quarter the ball pinged around and the Pacers were exceptional rotating on defense. When the ball reached Lin, he was wide open when Hill darted over to help in the paint, but Lin attempted to penetrate only to be stopped after two steps and had to pass it to Parsons who had defenders behind and in front of him. He needs to shoot when he's open and not run himself into defenses and then try to pass out to another perimeter player just for that player to encounter the same fate.

Lin telegraphed an interior pass to DMo. What is the hell is Lin doing. Knowing the Pacers is the best defensive team in the league that will always have active hands, why doesn't Lin just look away from DMo's direction and then pass it so it doesn't get deflected.

There were so many dumb things he did in the first quarter I couldn't list them all. His turnovers were truly disgraceful. Lin is a complete idiot.

Lin lacks offensive skills. He needs to learn how to shoot off the dribble like a Tony Parker. Lin is so effen limited it's making my eyes bleed watching his sorry behind. Rockets is my team so I can't stop watching, damn it. Another move he made yesterday was driving hard to the basket, stops, pump fakes, and tries to bank a 5 footer that missed. How amateur of a move is that. He does this over and over and over again. Does he have any other moves? It's either an inconsistent 3 pt shot, the wild reverse right-handed layups on the left side, a conventional layup, a mid-range high arcing jumper, but what else. Nothing.

Why does Harden have to do everything by himself. Why doesn't McHale rely on Lin. Even when Beverley was in, at least he managed to get a couple of floaters and attacked. Lin? Just GTFOH. "H" stands for Houston. Lin needs to get the eff out of the NBA. He just can't play.

tough game. our youth and lack of inside presence was exploited in this game. We're not good enough to beat a team like the pacers when our star player has one of his worst games of the season. While we played well for stretches, Indy pretty much controlled the game from start to finish. I did like the lift our bench gave us towards the end of the 2nd quarter. Positive take away was the play of Greg Smith, who might have had his best game as a rocket last night.

If Lin can even contribute on offense a little more and not turn the ball over so he doesn't get yanked, he may have helped the Rockets. You LOF can gloss over Lin's ineptness by focusing your vicious attacks on Mchale and Harden, but the truth is that Lin is a weak scrub. He simply can't play.

pacers is better. pacers displayed what our rox should be in near future. morey needs to make this team go to that direction.

greg had a good game but also fumbled a lot due to his experience. he is strong but too shot unfortunately.
