The only thing you underestimated was the size of your own big head. Stick to your schtick: gay jokes, and leave how to manage a professional basketball team to the guys who actually have a job.

D'Mo and TRob let Hibbert score inside at will. No defense whatsoever. PPat at least provided defense.

Did you even watch the game? T-Rob and D-Mo don't play center. Actually you don't even need to watch the game to know that. T-Rob played well and should have gotten more minutes. The lineup with Beverley, Robinson and Smith brought this game back, but unfortunately for some reason, the coach decided not to give it much of a chance second half. D-Mo was trash. Not strong enough. Indiana too physical.

Yes I did watch, and Hibbert went inside at will and drew fouls on both D'Mo and T'Rob.

Maybe you need to go back and watch the game and see how many points Hibbert dropped on Asik. You know the guy actually playing defense on him when Greg Smith wasn't in the game at center.

Then how were fouls magically called on them when Hibbert was scoring?

If Hibbert was scoring at will on Asik what makes you think Patpat would be any match for him?

I'm convinced this dude is only looking at the play by play and didn't actually watch the game. He asked in another thread how did Hibbert draw fouls on them if they weren't guarding him. Yeah guys never foul people who aren't their man. I remember Mo on Hibbert once. He simply badly outplayed Asik tonight. Simple as that. Roy is like 7'2 275. I'm sure 2Pat would have shut him down.

LOL I knew this would get bumped...

And anybody saying Hibbert was doing work on Robinson or DMo is just misguided...

Ever heard of help defense or defensive rotations? Either of which puts any power forward at a disadvantage close to the basket with a 7'2 275 pound center that can score with either hand and did so all night against our best defender (Asik) who is nearly just as big. He scored mostly on Asik. What do you expect D-Mo to do? Sweep the leg?

People who thought Marcus Morris was HOU's future franchise player and drafted him over Faried and Leonard? People who drafted Joey Dorsey over Omer Asik and DeAndre Jordan?

No front office bats 100%. As such, any decision a front office makes might be a mistake. It is reasonable for an observer, including a fan, to say that he thinks that a particular move is either right or wrong. I may or may not turn out to be right, but it is rather silly for you to get all angry over someone else expressing an opinion.

Would you admit that T-Rob is showing potential on both sides of the floor? He is raw, but there is a lot to like.

You do know that Asik was on Hibbert most of the night. TH was being guarded by DMo and TRob.

I already said TRob has potential, including right here: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?p=7779324#post7779324

Just not holding out hope that he realizes such potential and performs well consistently. It's one thing to have a good quarter, or even a good game-- DMo, TRob, Greg Smith each has had those-- it's quite another to string of games where you are effective and efficient at least 75% of the time.

Guys who just flash potential are fairly numerous. Guys who achieve consistent excellence are what's valuable to a team.

I suggest you go back and watch the game and it will be obvious who DMo was guarding. Did you not see the wrestling match that DMo and TH were in during the 3rd quarter that resulted in 2 DMo fouls?

Asik was guarding Hibbert most of the game except when Greg Smith entered the game. This is a fact. Greg Smith actually played better against Hibbert than Asik did, particularly when Hibbert was scoring at will in the 1st quarter with Asik guarding him.
