Lin has been daydreaming the past few games, if you don't believe me go back and rewatch them. He's been staring off into who knows where and obviously his mind hasn't been in the game. Until he gets with it and figures out whats going on, the team needs to continue to play basketball.

can't blame him. Apparently McHale asked Harden iso every possession. Beverely played fine.

If you notice, we lost by 9. So we actually gained four points in the last 40 minutes. Since you love the last 40 minutes so much, I guess you think we won by 4.

Hansbrough by himself isn't a good defender. i don't really count him as a 'starter' since he's an injury replacement. my point is, some of the Rockets bench guys got to beast when the Pacers' starting lineup sat down. The bench defense was incomparably worse than the starting unit defense.

I just think it's not really fair towards the Rockets' starters focus on the raw numbers in this case.

That's McHale's normal substitution for Jeremy. About 8 minutes into the 1st and 3rd quarters.

The coach is stupid and develop Rockets to be a Harden only team.. No one else likes to get the ball in hand...

Yep, Asik ought to seriously examine his desired displayed tonight. He was nonexistent and should have stayed on the bench. Parsons, as much as I like him, has lost confidence and CLEARLY doesn't want to take a shot. Harden was unbelievably off. Delfino..well, what can you say. The game tonight featured a rested team that absolutely didn't want to play basketball for a quarter and a half....and THAT is inexcusable. If we are not careful, we could look up a couple of games from now and find ourselves in a bad way. Playing like this, the no team is a win...Phoenix,Sac,whoever. Very disappointing.

What are you saying about Harden? I didn't mention him specifically.

having a short leash and your coach lacking trust in you can do that.

    A few things:
    1. Rockets had two chances in the 3rd and early 4th to win the game as it was just a mere 5 point difference. Didn't capitalize on it.

    2. McHail knee jerk too much on his starting PG in Lin. Look at Indiana's starting PG...2 points and 5 assists but plays for 38 minutes. McHail needs to trust his core starters and let them finish no matter what. Starters are starters for a reason, odds are they will win more games for you.

Just a sad game....the loss spoiled Greg Smith's awesome game.:(

Lin deserves the treatment he's getting.

As an asian myself I'm just annoyed that he's playing into the model minority role to a T.

Just a yes man who is a "good teammate" and never complains about mistreatment. Show some damn backbone and some selfishness for a change. Show some ego and some balls. Not saying to be a jackass but I'm sick of this "I'm a nice guy so please crap all over me" attitude Lin has.

I agree. It's understandable with Harden, but Parsons is allowed to play like garbage for entire quarters before he's taken out. I wish McHale would be consistent about his benching decisions. Maybe it's because there no real solid backup for Parsons?
