heh?? Hill and George combined for combined for 18 pts, they average 32...that's a 14 point difference

Stephenson and Hibbert had 49...they average 19...that's a 30 point difference.

So you can't say it cancels each other out.

Mcfail is dumb, he doesn't know how to coach strategy so he just lets Harden play 48 minutes a night in hopes Harden will pull out a victory for him.

Why was Asik out for the crucial 4th? Greg Smith on Hibbert? srsly? we were within 5 and then Hibbert scores 4 on us.

That's nonsense too. It matters how you lose. This is NBA, any team has a shot to win against even the champion at a given night. That's why the expansion team lowly 25 win Raptors could pull out a win against the mighty 72 win Bulls.

People are overreacting to poor shooting by Harden. It happens. He's our best player get off his back.
McHale on the other hand is just awful. Consistently.

It seems like the coach plays favorites. He lets Parsons and Harden play thru their mistakes but not Lin or Asik.

Mchale was so stubborn leaving Harden out there for the entire second half. Should have subbed Lin in earlier to give Harden a breather and then let those two finish. You can't bring Lin in with like 5 minutes left, he's been sitting cold on the bench for so long, he's too cold to do anything. Also Lin was playing good in the 2nd half, there was no reason to leave him on the bench for so long. Don't take this as a LOF post, but dam have some trust in your starting pg.

What we seeing here: A team so heavily relying on one player (Harden) drawing fouls, no effort on D, have a PG just to pass balls to Harden, no in game adjustments, live by 3s, and players making stupid mistakes.

THere's no offensive weapon other than Harden, coach gota develop Lin's PnR with Asik, the beginning of 2nd half Lin's PnR with Asik was effective.

well, the Rockets starters ran into one of the best defensive units in the league. the Pacers bench didn't run into a good defensive unit... :p

Dude this team needs to go back to playing team ball. They have no love or trust in each other.

The mindset and philosophy of this team has changed. There is no harmony at all on this team and it is becoming like all the other mediocre teams in the league.

This is what happens when he doesn't get calls. Under more normal circumstances he would have gotten an extra 10 ft attempts which would reduce his fg attempts to 21 and jack up his efficiency.

Something that bottles my mindis that harden avgs 0.61 ft for every field goal attempt. By comparison m jordan's career high was 0.45 when he was a love in the paint rookie

    Yep.

This is how a team like them gets a certain reputation.

As Sloan would say...if you foul on every play the refs won't call it. They will start to let it go. The Pacers definitely play like that and have been doing it long enough to get that reputation.

This is what the playoffs will look like. It's gonna be a physical war of attrition; where games often times come to the 4th quarter; where superstars shine; where defense wins games, and though houston's D was good, Indianna's was just on another tier; it's where everyone, players and coach, have to step up or step away.

if you're afraid of wolves, dont go into the forest. -dmo

The starters played for 5 minutes and were down 8. McHale started making substitutions and the Rockets dropped back one point in the rest of the game. You're b****ing at McHale for a -1 +/- over the last 43 minutes against the Pacers?
