ClutchFans Game Thread: Pacers @ Rockets 3/27/2013

I honestly think we should play trob, smith/asik (1/2, 1/2), james, chandler and beverly for the whole 4th quarter if possible. Down 11 starting in the 4th, we definitely need some 2nd chance opportunity and Trob has the highest chance to get us offensive rebounds. Smith is very good at boxing out the 4th but he's not fast enough to go after the ball. We need Trob's offensive rebound and pray that there's no bond head play from him.

 

Defense happened. I honestly don't know why McFail doesn't put Lin back in the game. 1). It's not like he's playing atrocious 2). Beverley isn't making that much of an impact anyway. We're still getting killed.

 

Damn these Pacers are tough.

 

There is no hate or accountability from the coaches or fans.

3-17 from anyone else, they're yanked. If they aren't, the fans surely are raising a storm.

 

Last guy down the court on every offensive play.....leisurely jogs down and starts setting up in the offense at about 16 seconds. It's not like he's winded, he's been on the bench for a large part of the game.

 

Going to be a long night on CF.

why? this is what you people sound like.....why is he still in, why is he still on the team...why has he not been traded? BENCH HIM....what are you a harden only fan?

 

When ISOsanity isn't working, this is where we need a coach who can call for some other types of sets, or have some audibles in his playbook.

 

As bad as Harden's shooting tonight...you live and die by your #1 option. Coach should have sat him out and try Anderson for a few minutes.

 

Calm down. Harden has earned the right to stay on the court when he's having a bad game. Even when he's playing bad, he still draws defensive attention that helps the other guys.

 

Need Smith and Trob to finish the game.

 

Damn so many shots by Harden that refs' need to call the fouls...

I think there is a point where refs think Harden is selling too much on fouls and they will swallow the whistle and then we are in trouble. Tonight is one of those.

Wtf, Harden starting the 4th. He's off tonight. Let him collect himself.

 

I'm not sure whats up but Lin generally plays really well when he has a big man who can finish. For some reason McHale is only playing him with DMo and Asik and Dmo is just seriously cold tonight.
