He's a players coach through and through. He'll rely on players he's had prior experience with and/or likes and play them far more than he should be played. That being said, he's still one of the best coaches offensively and he doesn't lack on the other side of the court like other brilliant one-sided coaches.

Also, can't really use this year's TWolves as evidence; injuries have decimated his team.

There was only one master at rotations and it was Hubie Brown (Ret.).

This is about as useless a position as you can take. It's like I said, technical handwaving deserves no respect. Stick to the merits of particular criticisms. Certainly the results of particular coaching decision are hard to isolate and often arguable, but there are certainly major enough blunders to chuck out compelling criticism for. Let reason compel: Your blind confidence means nothing to me even if you choose to give it, regardless of whether you choose to give it to particular coaches or particular posters.

Personally, I take any criticism of coaching from fans with a grain of salt. There's too much information even the most informed among us aren't privy to.

Every person is different so every person is not going to think Player A should be benched for Player B or vis versa.

Judging the "rotation" or substitution patterns of a team is the most subjective thing I've ever heard of. You ask 10 fans who they want to rotate and I garauntee you are going to get 10 different answers, but you ask 10 coaches and their answers will probably be similar.
