"He used to be a video gamer!" And he used to pay me to help him deal with the people who played his video games.
You can start with simply going out of your comfort-zone to do something everyday... and make it short and manageable, like 5-30 days. For me, 100 days are way too long, but it's also part of the fun/beauty. I am having the time of my life. Your first one could be asking strangers to chat for a minute... just get to know each other for no reasons. Make it clear that you are not selling anything, just want to step out of your comfort zone. You'll be amazed by how people are willing to open up. If you get rejected, hey it's call rejection therapy. Smile and drink to a win.
Ha! Sorry the wifi password thing didn't work out so well. We used to have two networks - one secure one with a password, and one without. Several months ago, we were having internet problems and temporarily disabled the secure one and never re-enabled it. So now we have a password for a network that doesn't exist.
Also, I missed this thread when you updated it a few weeks ago, but I'm glad it worked out! She hasn't mentioned this to me at all, so I'll email it to our staff to enjoy.
Alright. The month of April would be my rejection therapy month. Appreciate it man. Good luck with the president!
nice man, watched your TEDx video and was wondering how is your entrepreneurship is going? and in what niche if you don't mind me asking?
My rejection experience has become my entrepreneurship venture. I want to help others to overcome the fear of rejection. It is going great, and I am thrilled with life everyday.
I saw the Krispy Kreme video last year. I knew it was in Austin, since I live here. But I didn't know it a CFer!! That's awesome!
LOL, it was funny that most people rejected me at the beginning, but gradually started to accept me. There are a few things about me that are rather quirky/weird, such as gut-feeling for game outcomes that are freakishly accurate.
Damn man, one of your vids has 5+ mill views!!! Love what your doing, and glad its from a fellow CFer. Also been following your GARM thread closely, crazy stuff man
I've always wanted to know, if you don't mind sharing. How much money does a video with 4 million views make you?
