Has anyone done this before? I am thinking about doing it for about 30 days and living off of water (obviously.) I did my research and I've seen the benefit it can bring.
Haha. It's actually more common than people think. Two main reasons: 1) I need more water in me. I rarely drink water. I can go months with drinking a full bottle. 2) I want to release the impurities. 3) The weight thing will be a bonus
1) Start drinking water. Don't stop eating. 2) Stop eating and drinking things with impurities 3) Work out /thread
I'm on my 3rd nalgene bottle today, with about 1/4 left. I'll finish this one and drink a little more, around a total of 120oz of water today. I ran 4 miles, so it's not hard to drink this much when you sweat.
On all fasts, remember to take it very easy when you come off the fast. Some people have lived through the fast only to have their bodies shut down when they exercise vigorously after they come off the path. I think you should only do a 3-5 day fast if this is your first one though.
On a related note, im actually on my 6th day of my master cleanse diet. 30 day water fast is prolly alot harder than a 10 master cleanse diet. So far I've loss 2.5 kgs and have felt that my clothes are now looser. Hopefully, I reach that 10th day without cheating and be able to manage a healthier lifestyle after the cycle .
I would suggest you look into a juice fast instead of a water only fast. Go watch the film: Fat, Sick, and nearly dead. It's on netflix.
