We should definitely shoot for 6th since it's possible Memphis could be 3rd which is likely our best matchup.

Why? Dude is 23, first season as a starter and we weren't even suppose to be here to begin with. It's not like we are the Lakers are anything where expectations are high.

i dont like our chances against anyone besides the grizzlies.

but i mean if the playoffs ends up being about how far the best player can take your team..if it is about the superstar..and if harden and the team step up and play D and execute...then i'd much rather play the nuggets than cp3/clippers or KD/thunder.

Looks like the Dallas Mavericks are making a serious push for the 8th seed. Funny they weren't in this conversation 2 weeks ago, I think they will eventually beat out the Lakers and Jazz for 8th. Let's hope they don't pass the Rockets for 7th.

They are in this conversation thanks to the Lakers and Jazz tanking recently.

After the "96%" debacle last year, I won't be satisfied until we've locked in a playoff spot.

Grizzlies are without Gasol indefinitely. We beat them regularly anyways, why are we so afraid of them?

Pacers are the same type of team and we play them at home. Again, don't see why we can't win this one easily.

The only one I know for sure is a loss is the Clippers. Can't freaking figure this ******* of a team out.

Worry about the Grizzlies because a) a veteran team doesn't falter easily simply because they miss a player; b) we are only 1-1 against them this season even though we feel like we beat them regularly; c) they might be hungrier than we are as they are fighting for home court.

Pacers are awful on the road so I agree with you. It's hard to see us losing unless their back up explodes again.

The Clippers' game is a sure loss which I agree. But I disagree with the point about we couldn't figure them out. Since our play style is similar to Denver and Denver won 2 out of 3 against the Clippers, it's possible for us to beat them on a good day. Unfortunately, we always meet them at the wrong time. 1st time is in the middle of our funk; 2nd time, Harden got injured; 3rd time is the tail end of a back-to-back.

All those said, I think we can go 2-1 in these games.

It's unlikely, but 7 of those 8 games are at home, where they play very well. Only road game is at Phoenix. Hoepfully, they choke up a couple.

Probably more work for you Da_Spark, but you should also put if you are ahead or behind in your predictions.

    Currently:
    GSW is +2 in Losses
LAL is on pace with your prediction
UTA is on pace with your prediction
    HOU is +1 in Losses
