Game Thread: Tulsa 66ers @ Rio Grande Valley Vipers 3/26/2013 (Royce White's return. Again.)

White's becoming that old girlfriend that you keep taking back because she can be so great SOMETIMES. You get blinded that she is a headache the MAJORITY of the time. You feel the time you already put in warrants "sticking it out" even though the writing is on the wall. When will White get his walking papers?

 

Royce is the one night stand that key'd your car and follows you to work to make a scene that gets you fired because she thinks that you must love her.

Bat$hit crazy.

Too bad he is ruining any chance for another player with mental health concerns ever getting a chance to play in the NBA. He is a liar, and is doing the exact opposite of everything he said he wanted to do for people with anxiety issues. Sad.

 

Not sure if there was a thread on the game vs Mad Ants on Sunday (March 24) where Goudelock scored 41 points to help the team win. He was also named D-League Co-Performers of the Week (March 18-24). Sad to see this kind of good news buried in the White drama.

To be fair, Royce may have become convinced that you loved him only after you, umm... "attacked the rim."

Jones and White both looking pretty good so far. Jones is clearly better than the d-league while White has made some good plays and used his bulk effectively down low.

 

here at game. White came ready to play. Jones is also playing well. Gersson Rosas is in the building.

 

Wow Vipers lost that lead pretty quickly

So far it looks like jones is having a monster game. Shooting well and has 4 steals and 2 blocks which means he must be trying some on defense.

 

Terrence Jones has small forward skills. He is a much better shooter and ball handler than I thought when he was first drafted. I like that kid.

 

Maybe some other guys will be able to get up some shots with Goudelock on the bench. That dude has no conscious lol
