in an attempt to head off the McHale haters going, "WHY ISN'T JEREMY PLAYING MORE."

Anyone with eyes can tell that Lin didn't have the burst speed to be able to drive this game. Jumper is completely off again and he'd managed to play D on Parker until he was gassed late 2nd and 4th quarter.

Luckily Bev was there both times and stepped up.

Yes they did. Duncan played 35 minutes and Parker played 32 minutes

Sorry typo...I meant to say 35 minutes not 25 minutes. Rockets is over-utilizing Parson and Harden....for almost every game.

I actually think the Spurs are on a decline. Getting old, a little slower etc. I think Denver is the scariest team in the West now. They could beat OKC, Clippers etc. Watch out for that team.

Don't know how we won this game with Beverly playing so many minutes. Lin did a great job on Parker and kept our offense running smoothly. Beverly made some shots against the Spurs bench but was awful against Parker. He has no business being in against Parker. He can't guard him and is worse on offense.
Mchale benching Lin at the end was inexplicable. Goes to show you in the nba that players win.
Great win though. I'm very happy that we are basically a lock for the playoffs. Gonna be exciting.
Harden obviously was fantastic. Parsons doing work again. But I'd give the game ball to Asik. He didn't shoot well but his interior defense saved us.

Nobody can guard Parker. It's been that way for years. It's ridiculous for a coach to sub a "stopper" trying to stop him. If anything, Lin's size bothers Parker more than anything Beverly can do.

Great win. Not enough attacking late in fourth quarter. Greg smith dunk was sick. Harden game winning shot was clutch.

I bet tomorrow the Basketball Jones guys will gloss over Parson's great game. If Kawhi had the same stats that Parsons got, they'd be all over Leonard's D.

Just ridiculous...how many teams or players can "stop" Parker? It's like getting mad because nobody can "stop" Lebron.

    He's a superstar for a reason.

thankfully he had a huge block on green so mchale has something to point to say "see see! i picked right!"

right on parker though, Lin let and Parker went on to drop 6 quick points. Thankfully Harden matched him.

man i was yelling at slick willies! ppl started watching the game because of my antics, but when harden dropped that clutch shot everyone was like !!!!!!!!!!

one of the best wins of the season, only win comparable to the OKC win. this was a really team effort out there tonight and a team win, everyone was going up and down this game but a real team steps up when the shots arent falling. we really played great defense tonight, that makes up for the poor shooting in my eyes.
