Thank you for getting it. I couldn't have said it any better. I find it fun to share some quirky things about me with others. In this case, it's the fact that when I feel very strongly about an outcome of the game, I am usually right. Also, for those who don't like this thread, I have nothing bad to say. We are all entitled to our opinions and preferences. For those who likes it, thank you!
Thanks, but none is needed. If I were Nate Silver who could predict based on intelligence and statistical model, I probably deserve some credit. But for me, I just go with my feeling, and many times it was against logic. It was very maddening when I felt this way in private, but a lot more fun sharing with you guys.
To stay true to your gut, I don't think you should predict something just because everyone is expecting you. If you don't get a strong feeling for the Pacers game, don't make a prediction for the sake of making a prediction. Stick with making one only if you get that strong feeling. Applies to many things Maybe that's what killed kaitanuva's second prediction, for a winning streak - there was none to predict, he probably just felt the peer pressure to predict one.
....if he was just using the spread he would have said the Rockets would lose... What are you talking about, do you know how betting works?
DeAleck, never doubted you. Good feelings breh. What sort of feelings do you have with me and my current gf?
