still cant get over how great that win was...before the inevitable Lin flame war happens, everyone please remember we are all rockets fans and we had maybe the biggest win of the season at the perfect time...tonight was a good night...unless you are a spurs fan have a good one fellas
I'm a bit more worried about Dallas than Utah (because they own the tiebreaker), that being said, their next 5 games are clippers, pacers, bulls, lakers (staples) and denver (at mile high), but ours isn't much better.
On the other hand, I kinda want to see more of the Lin-Beverley back court... that 4? mins was pure awesome!
Nobody really had control of the game, it was going both ways throughout. It was tilted in Spurs favor before the half, and tilted to our favor after the third. Spurs stepped up in the 4th and took the lead, but a couple of clutch plays won the game.
It was an open look. Did you see the last time Harden swung it out to Delfino? It's not like he's playing with a bunch of Jerry Wests out there. With 4 seconds left, superstars have to make plays. He did. There is nothing to be confused about.
I don't know about anyone else, but "Quick Reply" is working for me. The rest of the stuff is down, probably due to VERY high traffic. What a game! Now, if only folks will quit talking about Parker's sex life. Who cares?
Game will be replayed later on tonight. Since the RGV still gets all the Spurs games on Fox Sports through Time Warner. I hate the Spurs but at least I get the watch tonight's game again. Can't wait to go to work tomorrow and hear all the excuses of why the Spurs lost the game.
So when Lin plays well it's fools gold, but he plays badly and that's what he really is? I've just conceded that Lin will be a bit inconsistent for a while still.
Hard to believe that so many 'so-called-Rocketsans' celebrated Lin had a bad game even the game was going to lose.
Do you lack reading comprehension? in my original post i said "IF I REMEMBER RIGHT" then someone else corrected. calm down mr serious.
Beverly made a huge block, followed up by a Parsons 3 to close the lead within 1. Followed shortly by Harden hitting the game winner.
Please don't turn this thread into arguing who is better. Everyone contributed to this win. Some more some lesser but let's celebrate Harden's clutch shot!!
