So I tried this place called Fabio's Fresh Pasta today off Shepherd and Alabama. All I have to say is AMAZING. He sells pasta by the pound, I got gnocchi for $6 and spinach fettucini for $4.85. He also has imported tiramisu for $4.50 and homemade sauce for $5.50. The most ironic thing is he supplies 48 restaurants in Houston with fresh pasta. Birraporetti's, Arturo's, among others. How people don't know about this place is beyond me because the restaurants buy his stuff and upcharge multiple times over for it.
It is pretty obvious now that you either.... 1. Own Fabio's Fresh Pasta 2. Work for Fabio's Fresh Pasta 3. Relative to the Owner of Fabio's Fresh Pasta 4. Got paid to promote Fabio's Fresh Pasta 5 of of the 10 posts in this thread is by YOU (Fabio's Fresh Pasta) You have pretty much mentioned the dam "tiramisu" in about everyone of your posts. I dont why you only get to go there on Saturdays when you are there Monday - Sunday as the Employee/Owner. Explain yourself.
Interesting.....exact same message. "So I tried this place called Fabio's Fresh Pasta today off Shepherd and Alabama. All I have to say is AMAZING. 1. I do not own Fabio's fresh pasta. The owner is a guy from Palermo called Fabio Milano, who I just met for the first time Saturday. 2. I do not work for Fabio's fresh pasta, I have a job and a career in a totally different field. 3. I am not related to Fabio in any way, I am not even Italian. I've visited Italy twice and that is the extent of my relationship to the country. 4. I don't get paid to promote Fabio's fresh pasta. I in fact have spent $70 of my own money in the last two weeks to buy the food. I only have gone twice, the last two Saturdays, because I work Monday-Friday. I think it's really good food at a good price. I even bought the lasagna for my mom and pasta for my roommate and girlfriend who both found it great as well. I'm getting nothing out of this I'm just passing along a good word about it. I just like good Italian food, that's why if you look through my post history I've also posted about Papa Mio, Capri Pasta, and Mandola's as well. And to my knowledge I don't think Fabio supplies any of them.
Yea papa mio's is pretty good. The only thing I noticed is recently their portion size has decreased. But I guess they have to make money.
They have gotten shiesty with their portions. I know it is only 6 bucks, but they have gone from 5 to 6 dollars and made their portions smaller.
