I remember him not being any deeper on kickoffs than Graham was.

EDIT: Full list of his kickoffs from the preseason.

    Vs. Carolina

4 yards deep in the endzone, returned to the 29.
1 yard deep in the endzone, returned to the 25.
To 1 yard line, returned to the 25.
6 yards deep in the endzone, returned to the 26.

    Vs. San Francisco

5 yards deep in the endzone, returned to the 21.
To the 2 yard line, returned to the 25.
3 yards deep in the endzone, returned to the 22.

    Vs. New Orleans

To the 2 yard line, returned to the 19.
To the 2 yard line, returned to the 35.
2 yards deep in the endzone, returned to the 23.
To the 5 yard line, returned to the 23.
To the goal line, returned to the 23.

So on average, he kicked it 3/4 of a yard into the endzone. Not sure when he got injured. Take away the NO game and his average was a little over 2 yards deep in the endzone.

you really need to stop with this, im starting to believe you dont watch any football outside of the texans..

you said mcclain is the best nickel in the league and donnie jones is a top 3 punter. someone last year said manning and quin were the best safety tandem in the league i wouldnt doubt if it was you who said that.. you need to stop, its getting out of hand.. just cause someone beasts on the texans doesnt automatically make them the best, top 3, or top 5 in the league..

All-Aggie kicking team. I like it.

Shane is the best punter in the history of football, and it really isn't even close. I'm damn excited. Let's go get us a #2 WR now.

What you quoted of his wasn't inaccurate...not sure why you're complaining. And what you quoted didn't say anything about them being a top 5 team. He just said they don't lack talent

Arian wasn't a top 3 RB last year. He wasn't even special at all last year. Myers is not the best center in the league. I'm not sure Cushing is a top 5 ILB even before the injury, but that's possible. After? Wait and see approach.

I also think there's an argument to be made that Andre isn't top 3 anymore. But I'd leave that alone.

That kinda a lot for a punter. Hopefully he can do kickoffs too.

Not so sure that he is even better than our kicker last year, donnie jones. Their stats are close, but based on last years stats, Donnie gets the edge.

Donnie Jones put up basically equivalent numbers as Lechler last year. But I'm guessing Lechler will do kickoffs which will help.

Oh come on.. why nitpick. Arian had the 6th most rushing yards and the most rushing TDs. I'd put him at #4 last year for the full year..

Who is the best center? Myers is easily top 2 or 3.

You're right, I think he has moved into the top 2...of ALL TIME! Jerry Rice, and Dre, then you can line up the rest of them however you want.

Dre is a beast. Size. Speed. Hands. What doesn't he do well? What is his weakness?

    You, sir are INCORRECT!
