Does anyone have something like this? It would look kind of like an org chart, but I would like to have the ability to also enter ownership percentages somewhere. In Excel, I guess. A Google search was surprisingly non-fruitful. Thanks.

In Word, I use SmartArt->Hierarchy->Organization Chart Easy to edit/update, colors/shapes are customizable.
I think SJC lives in Germany. Not sure they have Office Depot there. But couldn't you torrent some of those software anyway?
I can obviously draw this up in Powerpoint or Word with Smart Arts. I think something that would be cool would be some Excel template in which you just type in the ownership percentages and then it would automatically draw the structure. Like: Company A is owned 35 % by person X, 35 % by person Y and 30 % by Company B Company B is owned 80 % by Company C and 20 % by person Z and so on. If I could just enter these percentages and every person/company has a unique identifier, then the ownership structure chart should be drawn automatically. Not sure if I was able to explain what I mean?
We just use PowerPoint to do it. Falls more on my business partner than me, since he handles more of the corp formation work.
