This is not about superstition. I simply have a strong feeling toward the outcome of a game. So strong that I just have to post it. If I get it wrong, I am willing to take the ban.
It's a very fair question. I revised the OP to explain why, which I should have done from the start. I appreciate the feedback.
Hey OP, No one is really going to care if you get banned for a week. Why don't you make a tip jar bet instead and invite others to do so. In fact, I think there might already be a thread like that. So instead of inviting a ban, why don't you donate X amount of dollars to Clutchfans every time you get a prediction wrong, and be sure to post all such predictions and outcomes in this thread so you don't needlessly pollute the GARM with a topic that does not matter to most people. If other people follow your lead this poor thread may even be redeemed -- I doubt it though.
It wasn't really a low probability outcome. It's difficult to sweep a season series, 4-0, against a playoff caliber team. Odds will sometimes catch up with you. I am surprised about the fashion that they lost, though.
I don't know the answer to that. If you keep trying and have fun in the process, and believe that you will eventually find her, the answer would be 'yes'. The law of large number means if you try anything (physically possible) enough times, you will succeed at least once. However, the trick is to keep trying, learn to improve yourself, and keep up the confidence. You really don't need all the girls, you just need one.
