Royce White leaving RGV to go back to Houston, but not to play

Royce wanted his year long supply of Xanax and presidential suite which wasn't provided for him.

So I've read through this whole thread and I still can't figure out who Royce White impregnated this time, but it must have been someone important for him to need to skip town this quickly.

Well played Roy. After viewing that CNN video, I now believe with certainty that this was nothing more than a scam. One of the greatest scams in history. He used his basketball skills with no real intention to ever play, got paid, and now is going to make off like a bandit only ever having to play less than two months worth of basketball.

What I found hilarious was when that reporter kept asking Royce what specifically the Rockets hadn't done, he just kept mumbling something about recognition. The guy is a complete and total fraud and will be living on the streets in a few years more than likely.

 

Hes doing some things right. He's been in CNN more than any Houston rocket in his young career. Be it for the wrong reasons

 

Sort of like that one uncle who is "famous" for being on "Cops"

what does not bode well for the rockets is, if royce's handlers have so much pull they are able to get him nationally-aired interviews time and time again, then maybe they'll also be able to get him a case heard with a sympathic judge down the road..

 

Worst case scenario they have to pay out his rookie contract, after taxes and child support, he'll be broke within 5 years.

 

I've personally known of someone who has a mild disability but still have a understanding of right and wrong. But instead of trying to live with it and face it with dignity and willingness to grow and improve, this person just uses it as a excuse and a crutch in life. Has so many advantages, opportunities and goodwill from others yet still manages to screw it up. Egotistical, irresponsible, self-deluded, and a drama queen. Royce White reminds me of this past acquaintance of mine. I admit I don't know Royce White personally, maybe he has his positive qualities that I don't know of or maybe he's misunderstood to a certain point but from what I can gather so far he sounds awful similar. Unless he saves the earth or rescues a baby from a burning building I'm not a fan, don't think I ever will be.

I believe mental disease made him do all crazy thing.
The best solution is to leave NBA, find a less pressure job, or just stay at home do nothing.
Cure or control disease first.
